You have to know what you’re eating. Ignoring your food intake is doing yourself a disservice if your goal is to lean out and slim down. You can work out and kill it in the gym but if your diet is haphazard and you’re not paying attention to it, it will hinder the progress you make. Even if you’re eating healthy you can still stall your weight loss if you overeat, or neglect portion control or completely ignore your diet all together.
